P.G.A Head Professional - Andrew Skinner

Andrew has been Head Professional at Royal Dornoch since April 1998. Andrew had previously been Senior Assistant to his father Willie for 9 years, Willie himself being Head Professional for 25 years. Andrew was born and raised within the village of Dornoch and has dedicated all his professional career to serving the Members and visitors to his beloved Royal Dornoch.

Due to the level of commitment that the job requires Andrew doesn't play as much as he would like, although when given the chance is still dangerous enough around the greens to win a £1 on a Saturday afternoon.

Andrew also celebrated the birth of his first child (Ava Mary) on October 13th 2010.

P.G.A . Teaching Professional -Gary Dingwall
Gary joined the Professional Staff in April, 2003 following a period coaching abroad. Gary became a Qualified Professional by achieving a merit in his final exams in December 2004.

Gary a former Scottish Assistants and Order of Merit Champion is the Head Teaching Professional at the club.  Gary uses the latest in computerised digital swing analysis to maximise the benefits to the beginner, developing and experienced golfers.

Gary also still manages to compete on the Tartan Tour and is looking forward to a busy and exciting season.
